Training the Successor Generation
Training programs for the successor generation include grooming for management as well as for future ownership of the family assets. Dorot plans and administers a variety of training programs: individual mentoring for the managers of the future, priming the future owner team from among the family members, preparation for future partnerships, peer groups, etc.
The training program is individually tailored to each family and implemented in tandem with ongoing dialogue with the older generation. This preparation enables the family to define the desirable picture of the future and to build the necessary mechanisms and communication to make it a reality.
